What should I bring to my appointment?

It is helpful to bring your identification, dental and medical information, a list of current medications, and any relevant dental records or imaging from another provider. You should also bring any questions or concerns you would like to discuss with our team.

What technology does MADE use?

MADE incorporates digital technology throughout the patient experience, including CT scans, intraoral scans, facial scans, photography, and digital smile design. The practice also has an on-site digital printing and analog laboratory.

What types of treatments does MADE offer?

MADE provides a range of implant and restorative treatments, including All-on-4, All-on-6, full mouth dental implants, single and multiple tooth implants, dentures, zygomatic implants, porcelain crowns, dental bridges, gum contouring, and smile makeovers.
